A message from the Honorary Editor.
As you will be aware the closing date for the submission of essays for the Lord Walter FitzGerald Prize expired on the 30 September 2018 and judging will take place shortly. However, members or anyone interested in submitting a suitable essay, based on original material, for consideration for publication can still do so.
This material should be based on any aspect of the history and archaeology of County Kildare or surrounding districts and submitted up to but no later than 28 February 2019 to the Honorary Editor, Professor Marian Lyons, Department of History, Maynooth University, or email Marian.Lyons@mu.ie
