Today, Friday 2nd March, following the discovery of damage in the Frenchfurze area I went with two other KAS Council members to view the area. Having done so we went on a tour of the Curragh and noticed a number of other areas where furze had been removed. In some of the areas quite a neat job had been done with little damage, but damage was evident in some others.
And then we came across this in the Lough Buí area:
